Drake Bell is trying to make amends after tweeting an insensitive comment about Caitlyn Jenner. 'Sorry, still calling you Bruce,' he tweeted, but later deleted his words. Now, Drake has come out with an apology saying, 'although my comments were made in innocence, I deeply regret the negative effect they've had on so many."
