The Canadian actor was probably working off his relationship woes as he's reportedly in a tug of war battle with his long-term lover Eva Mendes over their prenup. It's believed that the pair, who have been dating since 2011 and have an eight-month-old daughter together, can't settle on an assets split should they decide to call it quits after they're married.
