Lady Gaga, who is no stranger to shocking, rocked up to the Clinton Fundraiser in New York with bleached eyebrows and wearing a black tux…minus a shirt. And, at the Cauldwell Butterfly Ball in London singing sensation Talia Storm rocked an outfit reminiscent of Little Boo Peep.
