The show began with a series of white looks with neon accents in yellow and orange, and gave way to some slinky gowns with slits and cutouts up to there. As the face of the brand, Gigi had a big role to play in Donatella Versace's Spring '16 catwalk: she wrapped the show, following in the footsteps of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Behati Prinsloo, Stella Maxwell, Joan Smalls, Irina Shayk, Lara Stone, and Natasha Poly, and debuted a crisp black suit with sparkling, spindly details. New face Yasmin Wijnaldum opened the show in a white bomber and skinny pants. Glittering Swarovski ropes like the ones Gigi wore ran throughout the entire collection, twisting along the cutouts of sexy dresses and adding movement to skintight designs, while Rosie Huntington-Whiteley took a spin on the runway in a bias-cut royal blue number with a slit cut up to her thigh.
