Miley Cyrus was continuing to push the fashion boundaries while out in New York. The singer is once again embracing dreadlocks and was the centre of attention in her bright ensemble.
Miley played around with pastel blue hues with her dress featuring some sheer metallic panels that revealed her behind. She layered on a biker style jacket and some sparkly tights that gave her outfit a Kawaii vibe.
Miley added on some heavy boots and some colourful hair accessories.
Cyrus adorned her face with some large pink sunglasses and carried a novelty handbag in the shaped of a sippy cup.
